COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

At CraveU, we foster a creative, inclusive, and respectful environment where users can interact with AI characters, craft stories, and share experiences. To maintain a safe and welcoming community, all users must adhere to these guidelines.

1. General Rules

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use CraveU. Accounts suspected of violating this requirement may be removed.
2. Content Compliance: All uploaded content must adhere to these guidelines. Violations may result in penalties, including content removal or account suspension.
3. Terms & Privacy: By using CraveU, you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Violations may lead to account restrictions.
4. Platform Authority: CraveU reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts without prior notice if deemed necessary. Guidelines may be updated, and users must comply with changes.

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on CraveU:

• Illegal Activities: Any content violating US laws, including commercial sexual activity, human trafficking, and explicit pornography.
• Underage & Exploitation: All characters must be 18+. Any depiction of minors, under-18-looking characters, or age-baiting is prohibited in any context.
• Hate & Discrimination: No racism, homophobia, misogyny, transphobia, xenophobia, fascism, or related content.
• Bestiality: Bestiality is strictly prohibited. Fictional species may be subject to review to ensure compliance with community standards such as Pokémon.
• Violence & Self-Harm: No glorification of violence, self-harm, torture, or criminal acts.
• Non-Consensual & Exploitive Content: No sexual violence, non-consensual acts, revenge porn, sextortion, coercion, or AI-generated explicit images of real individuals (deepfake pornography).
• Privacy Violations: No sharing of personal data (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, financial info) or unauthorized images.
• Fraud & Deception: No misleading, stolen, or spam content.
• Glorification of Crime: Content that glorifies or romanticizes real-life violence, crime, war criminals, dictators, or extremist ideologies is strictly forbidden.
• Extreme Fetish & Harmful Material: No necrophilia, extreme fetishism, excessive gore, etc.
• Hyperrealistic Explicit Imagery: Pornographic material that displays a level of photorealism such that it is not easily distinguishable from real photographic images of actual human beings is strictly forbidden. This policy applies regardless of how the content is produced, including AI-generated or digitally simulated imagery.

3. Character Creation & Content Guidelines

1. All characters must be over 18 years old. If the age is not evident, it must be specified.

2. Aging-Up Characters:

   • Aging-up is allowed only if the character is stated as 18+ and their visual representation is consistent with that age.
   • Aging up human actors from movies or real-life media is prohibited.

3. Personal Rights & Depictions:

   • Do not create AI characters based on real individuals who have explicitly stated they do not wish to be portrayed or objectified.
   • Only public figures or actors in fictional roles may be depicted. Personal images and portrayals of lesser-known individuals are prohibited.
   • AI-generated or edited images of real people, especially in misleading, defamatory, or harmful contexts, are not allowed.

4. Images & Visual Content:

   • No underage appearances, real explicit content, or symbols of radical ideologies.
   • NSFW content must be appropriately labeled.

4. Content Moderation & Enforcement

CraveU actively monitors user-created and publicly posted content — including bot profile images, Gallery images, and definition text — to ensure compliance with our Community Guidelines, particularly the rules outlined in Section 2: Prohibited Content.

Reporting Channels

Users can report violations through the reporting button available on each content page. Alternatively, reports can be sent to our support team via contact@craveu.ai or through our Discord.

How Reports Are Handled

• All reported content is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours on weekdays, and within 48 hours on weekends or holidays.
• During this period, content may be temporarily hidden or restricted while under review.
• Users will be notified whenever possible, but serious violations may lead to immediate removal without prior notice.

Proactive Moderation

• In addition to user reports, CraveU performs daily audits of newly created content to ensure guideline compliance.
• All content is reviewed manually by our moderation team. We may incorporate automated tools in the future to support this process.
